Rates

All quotations provided by Green Turtle in response to an enquiry include local taxes, utility costs and the fee for the final cleaning of the apartment (50 USD per stay). Rates are confirmed in USD. Rates confirmed are based on the number of occupants offered in your enquiry message; if the actual number of guests changes, Green Turtle has the right to change the price to reflect the correct occupancy.

Bookings

The standard quotations offered by the Green Turtle in response to an enquiry offer the option to cancel the booking with no charges until 14 days prior to check-in. If requested, the Green Turtle can offer a non refundable rate at a 10% discount (the discount does not apply to the cleaning fee). The non-refundable option is not offered when the date of the booking is less than 14 days prior to the date of check-in.

For standard quotations, the full amount of the booking has to be paid via bank transfer at least 14 days before the check-in date, and a proof of payment has to be emailed to info@greenturtle-curacao.com. If the payment is not received before the 14th day prior to check-in, the booking will be considered as cancelled

For non-refundable bookings, the payment will have to be done via bank transfer at the time of the reservation and confirmation will be subject to the receipt of a proof of payment.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Hotel Policies

The Green Turtle Eco Lodge does not charge guests for utilities, but we care about the environment and try to be sustainable in everything we do. Therefore, we recommend to our guest to make a responsible use of water and electricity and, in particular, we invite guests to keep air conditioning off when they are not in the apartment.
The Green Turtle Eco Lodge wants to offer to all its guests a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy their stay in Curacao in the complete respect of all the other guests hosted in the resort
Smoke is not allowed inside the apartments of the lodge. The guests who want to smoke can do so in the outdoor areas of the lodge
All guests are required to keep the volume of their conversation at such a level as not to disturb the other guests. In particular, after 11 pm it is not allowed to play loud music nor to make any noise that can be a nuisance for other guests and neighbours.
The swimming pool and the pool deck are not supervised at any time: their use is at the sole guests’ risk and the Green Turtle Eco Lodge declines responsibility for any accident occurred within its premises.
The possession and the use of any drugs is illegal in Curacao and is not tolerated at the Green Turtle Eco Lodge.
All the common areas of the Green Turtle Eco Lodge are intended for the exclusive use of the guests of the resort. Access to them is not allowed to people who are not guests of the resort. Any exception must be discussed in advance with the managers and approved.
The gate of The Green Turtle should be kept closed at any time and should be locked between 9 pm and 6 am
